Our subprocessors.

The service providers that Edelweiss Creation SA uses to run Jenialo, in accordance with Article 8 of the data processing agreement. Any addition or replacement is announced to client organisations at least thirty days in advance.

Push notifications for volunteers pass through the notification service of their browser or phone, in particular Apple, Google or Mozilla. Their content is end-to-end encrypted and cannot be read by these services.

On the www.jenialo.ch website, and only with the visitor's consent, Google Analytics measures traffic. This measurement concerns website visitors, never the data that organisations record in Jenialo.
