Terms of this option
One-day event, once. For an event over several days, choose "Multi-day event". Your right is used up as soon as you create your event: deleting it or marking it as finished does not let you create another one. Your space can be edited until 90 days after the event date, for at least 90 days and at most 12 months after purchase. After that it becomes read-only: nothing is deleted, and your lists and exports stay available for 12 months. We'll email you before the switch.

Equipment too: what to bring, and who's in charge of it
Tents, tables, roll-up banners, race bibs, drinks… List what each event needs, choose who is in charge of it and keep track of your consumables stock.
Build your inventory once (name, category, quantity, description), then link the equipment each event needs.
Each item can be given to a volunteer: they know what to bring, set up or take back, and you see at a glance what's covered.
Jenialo tells apart reusable equipment, which comes back after each event, and consumables, whose stock goes down each time they're used. You keep track of what's left and see what to buy again before the next date.
