Jenialo is an online platform for organising people, tasks and schedules: managing volunteers and participants, creating roles and functions, assigning teams, sign-up forms, communication and reports.
Using Jenialo requires an account. The Client undertakes to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. The Client is responsible for keeping their login details confidential and for all activity carried out from their account.
Jenialo offers a 7-day free trial, with no card required. At the end of this period, access to the features ends until a plan has been purchased. No payment is triggered automatically at the end of the trial.
The plans and their prices are shown on the Pricing page. Prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF). Edelweiss Creation SA is not subject to value added tax: no tax is added to the amounts stated.
Pause option: CHF 9 per month. During the pause, the Client's data is kept and can still be viewed and exported, read-only. If requested during a subscription, the pause starts when the period already paid for ends. The Client may resume a plan at any time; the new plan is then invoiced immediately and the month of pause already begun is credited pro rata.
Launch offer. The prices above are launch prices, valid for subscriptions and purchases made up to and including 28 February 2027. From 1st March 2027, the prices are as follows: One-day event CHF 89; Multi-day event CHF 169; Jenialo CHF 49 per month or CHF 350 per year; Jenialo+ CHF 99 per month or CHF 590 per year; Contributions and donations module CHF 19 per month, CHF 190 per year or CHF 49 as a one-off payment. A subscription taken out no later than 28 February 2027 keeps its launch price for as long as it is renewed without interruption.
The number of volunteers and participants is unlimited and does not affect the price. Edelweiss Creation SA may adjust its prices; any change is notified to the Client and only takes effect at the end of the current period.
These plans entitle the Client to create a single event, taking place on a single day for "One-day event", and over no more than four consecutive days for "Multi-day event". Beyond that, the event requires a subscription. This entitlement is deemed used as soon as the event is created; deleting or completing the event does not restore it. To organise another event, the Client buys the plan again or takes out a subscription.
Write access ends ninety days after the date of the event, but may not be shorter than ninety days or longer than twelve months from payment. The space then becomes read-only: the data can still be viewed and exported for twelve months, with only editing suspended. The Client is notified by email before this date.
Donation receipts generated by the Contributions module are issued in accordance with Swiss requirements and are intended for organisations established in Switzerland. They do not serve as tax receipts under any foreign law, in particular Article 200 of the French General Tax Code. The other functions of the module can be used without territorial restriction, and the Client can set the display currency.
Subscriptions are payable in advance, monthly or annually depending on the plan chosen. The "One-day event" plan is paid in a single payment. If payment is not made, access may be suspended after a reminder. Payments are processed by our service provider Stripe; Edelweiss Creation SA does not have access to the full card details.
Subscriptions are concluded for the period chosen and renew automatically unless terminated before the end of the period. The Client may terminate their subscription or cancel its renewal at any time from their account or by writing to info@jenialo.ch. Access remains available until the end of the period already paid for; amounts paid are not refunded pro rata. The data can then still be viewed and exported for ninety days, after which it is deleted in accordance with the data processing agreement. To keep it longer, the Client can choose the Pause option.
The Client undertakes to use Jenialo in accordance with applicable law and not to: circumvent security measures, disrupt the operation of the service, send unsolicited communications from the platform, or store unlawful content on it. Edelweiss Creation SA may suspend an account in the event of a serious breach.
The data stored in Jenialo remains the property of the Client. The Client is the controller for the processing of its participants' data: it must inform them, have a legal basis and collect only the information that is necessary. Edelweiss Creation SA acts as processor and does not use this data for any other purpose. This processing is governed by the data processing agreement, which the Client accepts when creating its account; the list of subprocessors is published on this website. The Client can export its data at any time.
We do everything we can to provide an available and reliable service, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates or for reasons beyond our control. Planned work is announced in advance wherever possible.
The Jenialo platform, its code, its interface, its brand and its content are the property of Edelweiss Creation SA. Purchasing a plan grants a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right of use, limited to the term of the subscription.
Jenialo is an organisational tool: the Client remains solely responsible for its decisions, its organisation and the accuracy of the information it records. To the extent permitted by Swiss law, the liability of Edelweiss Creation SA is limited to direct damage and shall not exceed the amounts paid by the Client over the last twelve months. The Client is advised to keep its own exports of its data.
These terms may be amended. The Client is informed of substantial changes; continued use constitutes acceptance of the version in force, published on this page.
These terms are governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution. Failing this, the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Edelweiss Creation SA, in Marly (canton of Fribourg), subject to mandatory provisions protecting consumers.
